General Remarks
|
Food license renewal application and fee have not yet been received by this Department. Current license will expire 08-09-22.
Food license renewal will not be issued unless facility employs staff who are (or who have registered for the course and exam) a certified food safety manager. A follow-up inspection may be conducted to check on corrective actions taken in response to violations referenced in today's inspection report.
